mikien : OREO ICE CREAM CAKE

Super duper easy i bet even kids can do it as well..less than an hour to make this scrumptious melted dessert. This is my first trial an error instant baking cake.You don't need to wait 3-4 hours waiting for it to bake well in the oven..you just need a fridge to frozen up these cake.As for me these cake is a lil bit sweet but it blends well with Oreo biscuit and choc chips I've added along with. You could also added caramel sauce if you love to,but for me this is just fine. can't wait to try on next recipe macaroon coming rite up!;) 

warm welcome..1st episode

Today was my not to say a first time blogging..i have a few blog I've created so far.but this time the entry to added up in this blog were actually more towards my passion and my LOVE to eat and indulge myself or shall i say taking a risk on new FOOD SENSATION since Malaysia was so rich with all kinds of dishes.I myself can't get rid of it..but on top of that, this blog which i would like to share (sharing is caring..) is not just about the places/travel log  i went to spend most of my time digging and hunting for a splendid scrumptious foods but also an experimental of some of my dishes which I've took up a lesson recently with my mom (mother and daughter lesson so no charges apply..free of charge) the sifu who has been cooking a marvelous dishes (sehingga menjilat jari..hehe) for us,and always make sure we eat no matter what condition we are in.(haha) to be honest,i wasn't good at cooking at all but EXPERT in eating..(can be a jury for cooking reality show i guess..hehe) so,i guess this lesson is a good start for me to exposed more on cooking not to be a chef or anything but it's good enough to be a chef for my family and friends.Everything will be updated on this new blog i just created and hope u guys enjoyed it ! :)
